TPO – Thermoplastic Polyolefin

TPO is the fastest growing segment of the commercial roof market. Fueling this growth is the increased use of TPO in southern climates where reflective, energy efficient and cool roof products are becoming the norm.

Multiple Layer Systems

Modified Bitumen

Polymer-modified roof membranes are composed of reinforcing fabrics that serve as carriers for the hot polymer-modified bitumen as it is manufactured into roll material. Modified bitumen roof system membranes are composed of multiple layers, much like built-up roofs.

  • Fully adhered with hot bitumen, cold uses adhesive or torch down
  • Multiple plies
  • A variety of types are available to provide resistance against foot traffic
  • Mineral, smooth or gravel are available for surfacing
